Antonio N. Licas
Business Executive
Born in Guinayangan, March 31, 1925. BSC graduate of Jose Rizal College in 1951. Special Studies in Banking, Fuji Bank, Tokyo Japan: Executive Trainee, Supervisor of City Bank of New York 1946-1960, Vice President of PCI Bank, 1960-1969, Vice President of Sarmiento Group of Companies, 1970-1979 and Senior Vice President of GV Aranez Incorporated 1979-1983.










Ruben Clemente S. Valencia
AB Economics
Born on November 23 1957, graduated in Guinayangan Elementary School in 1969 and secondary school in 1973. A University of the East graduated in Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
In June 1993 he obtained his graduate diploma on Urban Management and Community Development from Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
He was the Project Manager of the National Housing And Urban Development Philippine Senate in 1999.
Recipient of several awards such as Employee of the Year 1980, Supervisor of the Year1989, Project Supervisor of the Year 1991 from the RP National Housing Authority.

Reginaldo C. Arania
Insurance Supervisor
Born in Guinayangan on December 19, 1930 to Faustino Arania and Apolonia Cerilla. He studied in Guinayangan Elementary School and in Guinayangan Academy for three years. He graduated high school however at the Jose Rizal College in 1949. At the Far Eastern University, he obtained his diploma in BSC in 1956 as a working student of the PhilAm Insurance Co. From Janitorial work, he rose from the ranks as a Clerk, Unit Assistant, the Sales Supervisor. In 1975, he became an Agency Manager with office at PhilAm Barnch in Cubao, Quezon City. He is a recipient of Service Award for his 50 years continuous services to the company
