Manuel Luis Quezon University graduate of BSCE, MA in Public Administration in 1995. PhD in Public Administration in 1998. Starting as Civil Engineering Aide in 1979, Property Appraiser in 1980, Building Superintendent in 1982, Supervising Civil Engineer II, 1985, Chief Property Appraiser in 1998, Civil Engineer III of the Bureau of Building and Real Property Management.
Generoso Kampitan
Electrical Engineer
Born August 12 1960 to Gerardo O. Kampitan and Felicetas V. Remojo. Product of Guinayangan Elementary School and Guinayangan academy. a consistent Valedictorian and graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology in BS Electrical Engineering as Cocofed Scholar, Guinayangan Chapter, 1987 to 1989 and Senior Drilling Engineer of PETRONAS CARIGALI, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in 1990. Married to Agelica Aguilar, an Optometrist and have three children.
Gerardo B. Quiambao
Engineer
Born in May 23, 1963 to Marcelo R. Quiambao and Lily Boneo. A Cocofed scholar of the Mapua Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1985, graduating in Bachelor of Science in Management and Industrial Engineering. Winner of several Provincial, Regional and National Awards in School Press Conferences. Held in various position as Electrical Draftsman, Designer, Instrumentation Designer in various Engineering and Construction Companies in New York Connecticut New Jersey. Also an Electrical/Instrumentation Designer of ABB Lumus Global Housing in Texas.
Antonio C. Pujalte
Industrial Engineering
Born September 23 1967 to Antonio C. Pujalte and Clemencia Cerilla, finished elementary grades as second honors, 1980 in Guinayangan Elementary School and a validictorian in Guinayangan Academy in 1984. Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering in Adamson University in 1989. QC and R&D Technical Assintant in 1989-1996 at the Mix Plant Inc.. General Manager of Guinayangan Water District November 1996 to date. Married to Delta David.
